Replace the seal — not the entire hose. When BMW cooling system hoses are removed and refitted, the original O-ring can become damaged, compressed or fail to seal correctly when reused. If the hose itself is still in good condition, there is often no need to replace the complete hose assembly simply because the sealing O-ring needs replacing.

This kit provides replacement FKM O-rings, allowing you to replace the seal and reuse the existing hose, potentially saving money compared with replacing the complete hose assembly.

Installation Tip
